Inviting staff
Everyone who works the front desk should have their own login — that way the board is always current and every change is traceable to a person, not a shared account.
Send an invite
- Go to Settings → Members.
- Enter their email and pick a role.
- They'll get an email invite; the first time they sign in with that address, they land in your marina automatically.
Roles
- Staff— the day-to-day role: the board, reservations, boaters, and documents. Can't change marina settings, billing, or members.
- Owner — everything staff can do, plus marina settings, Stripe/billing, the booking widget, and inviting or removing members. A marina can have more than one owner.
Good to know
- There's no per-seat charge — invite the whole crew, it's the same flat price.
- Every reservation action (created, confirmed, cancelled, overridden) is recorded in an audit trail with the person who did it.
- Remove a member any time from the same page — their access ends immediately.
