- Do you take a cut of my bookings?
- No. Never. DocksDeck charges one flat monthly fee. Payments from your boaters go through your own Stripe account directly to you — we take zero commission and never touch your money.
- What about card processing fees?
- When a boater pays by card, Stripe charges its standard processing fee (roughly 2.9% + 30¢ in the US) — the same as any card terminal. That fee is between you and Stripe; DocksDeck adds nothing on top.
- How does the free trial work?
- Every new marina gets 15 days with every feature unlocked — no credit card required to start. When the trial ends, add a card to keep going. Your data is kept safe either way.
- Is there a limit on slips or reservations?
- No. Whether you run 8 slips or 300, it's the same $79/month.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes — subscriptions are month-to-month with no contract. Cancel from the billing page and you won't be charged again.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. DocksDeck runs in the browser on any computer, tablet, or phone. The booking widget is one copy-paste line on your existing website.
